Appointments & Visiting

We are at No. 45 Aina Street, Sikau Arike Mall, Ojodu, Berger, Lagos. We are easy to reach from Omole, Ogba, Isheri, Magodo, Ikeja and the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway.

Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, and Saturdays, 10am – 2pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

A comprehensive eye exam usually takes 30 to 45 minutes. Allow extra time if your eyes need to be dilated or if you are being fitted for contact lenses.

Bring your current glasses or contact lenses, any previous prescriptions, a list of medications you take, and your HMO or insurance card if you have one.

Eye Exams

Most adults should have an eye exam every one to two years. Children, adults over 40, people with diabetes or high blood pressure, and anyone with a family history of glaucoma should be checked every year, or as advised by your optometrist.

We check how clearly you see at distance and near, measure your prescription, test eye coordination and eye pressure, and examine the health of the front and back of your eyes. Your optometrist will explain the results and recommend any treatment, glasses or follow-up.

Blurred vision, frequent headaches, eye strain, difficulty seeing at night, red or itchy eyes, flashes or floaters, or holding your phone further away to read are all good reasons to book an eye test.

We recommend a first eye exam by age 3 and again before starting school, then yearly. Children rarely complain about poor vision, so regular checks help catch problems that can affect learning. Our paediatric optometry service is designed for children.

Glasses & Contact Lenses

Yes. After your eye exam you can choose from our range of frames and lenses, and our team will help you pick a style and lens type that suits your prescription and lifestyle.

Most single-vision glasses are ready within 3 to 5 working days. Progressive or specially coated lenses can take longer. We will give you a collection date when you order.

Most people can. A contact lens fitting checks the shape and health of your eyes so we can recommend the right lenses and teach you how to wear and care for them safely.

Yes, we offer lens coatings including anti-reflective (anti-glare) and blue-light filtering options. Ask your optometrist which is best for your screen use and driving needs.

Eye Conditions

Glaucoma is a group of conditions that damage the optic nerve, often with no early symptoms. It is a leading cause of irreversible blindness, so regular screening is important, especially if you are over 40 or have a family history. We measure eye pressure and examine the optic nerve to detect it early.

Yes. Our geriatric optometry service looks at age-related conditions such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration and dry eye, and helps older patients keep their vision and independence.

Yes. Diabetes can damage the blood vessels in the back of the eye (diabetic retinopathy). You should have a dilated eye exam at least once a year, even if your vision seems fine.
